Original and a copy of the proof of the purpose of residence: If you are employed, you should include an approval letter from the relevant government agency for your intended occupation and a proof of employment issued within the last month.

For a one-year residence permit is NT$1,000. 

For a two-year residence permit is NT$2,000.​
